Unlike marketplaces that hold their own warehouses and run their own delivery fleet, Elaro Connect works more like a live handoff — a seller lists what they have, a buyer orders it, and a nearby deliverer picks it up and brings it to their door, with every step visible in real time.

Welcome to Elaro Connect. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Elaro Connect is an online marketplace that connects buyers, sellers, and delivery service providers. Our platform enables users to discover, buy, sell, and arrange delivery of products through a secure and convenient digital marketplace.
To use Elaro Connect, you must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify Elaro Connect immediately.

Delivery partners are responsible for collecting, transporting, and delivering products with reasonable care. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, customer availability, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
7.1 Accepted Payment Methods — Elaro Connect supports payment methods approved by the platform. Available payment options may include mobile money services, bank transfers, debit cards, credit cards, digital wallets, or any other payment methods introduced by Elaro Connect from time to time.
7.2 Payment Authorization — By making a purchase, the buyer confirms that they are authorized to use the selected payment method and agrees to pay the full amount shown at checkout, including the product price, delivery charges, taxes, service fees, or any other applicable charges.
7.3 Pricing — All prices displayed on Elaro Connect are determined by the respective sellers unless otherwise stated. Sellers are responsible for ensuring that product prices are accurate and up to date. Elaro Connect reserves the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders affected by obvious pricing mistakes.
7.4 Order Confirmation — A payment confirmation does not automatically guarantee acceptance of an order. Orders may be cancelled if a product becomes unavailable, payment cannot be verified, fraudulent activity is suspected, or other exceptional circumstances arise. If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, the buyer will receive a refund in accordance with the Refund Policy.
7.5 Secure Payments — Elaro Connect uses reasonable measures to help protect payment transactions. However, users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials, PINs, passwords, and other security information. Elaro Connect will never ask users to disclose confidential payment credentials.
7.6 Refunds — Refund requests will be handled in accordance with the Elaro Connect Refund Policy. Refund eligibility may depend on factors such as product condition, order status, seller policies, and the reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
7.7 Failed or Reversed Payments — If a payment fails, is reversed, or is declined by the payment provider, Elaro Connect may suspend or cancel the associated order until payment is successfully completed.
7.8 Fraud Prevention — Elaro Connect reserves the right to investigate any transaction suspected of fraud, unauthorized use, money laundering, or other illegal activity. We may delay, suspend, or cancel transactions while investigations are ongoing and may cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law.
7.9 Seller Payments — Payments due to sellers will be processed according to Elaro Connect's seller payment procedures. Elaro Connect may deduct agreed service fees, commissions, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, or other applicable charges before releasing funds to sellers.
7.10 Currency — Unless otherwise stated, all prices and payments on Elaro Connect are in Kenyan Shillings (KES). If additional currencies are supported in the future, exchange rates and conversion fees may apply.
7.11 Taxes and Fees — Buyers and sellers are responsible for complying with all applicable tax obligations. Where required by law, Elaro Connect may collect, deduct, or remit applicable taxes and regulatory fees.
7.12 Payment Disputes — If a buyer believes they have been charged incorrectly, they should contact Elaro Connect promptly. Elaro Connect will review the matter and work with the buyer, seller, and payment provider to resolve disputes fairly.
Orders may be cancelled in accordance with Elaro Connect's Cancellation Policy. Cancellation eligibility may depend on whether the seller has already processed or dispatched the order.

The Elaro Connect name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, and other platform content are the intellectual property of Elaro Connect or its licensors. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.
Your personal information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the Elaro Connect Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.
Elaro Connect provides a platform that connects buyers, sellers, and delivery partners. While we strive to provide reliable services, we are not responsible for disputes between users, product quality, delivery delays, technical interruptions, or losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Elaro Connect reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms and Conditions, applicable laws, or engages in fraudulent or harmful activities.
We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be published on the platform. Continued use of Elaro Connect after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
